In hosting this event, our goal is to facilitate better representation of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ professionals at the home office level of fashion brands and retailers; more designers, more tech designers, more buyers, more account executives, etc…

Is participation limited to BIPOC and LGBTQ job seekers?
No. The DE&I FashionCareerFair is for fashion industry professional who value DE&I in their employer.
Where will this event be held?
This is a virtual event. Use the camera on your computer or smartphone to interact live with recruiters from anywhere in the world. This new format allows job seekers to queue in multiple employer’s lines and even attend webinars without losing their places.
How do virtual career fairs work?
Not all virtual career fairs are the same. We selected a vendor that is easy to use and efficient with everyone’s time. See how it works here.
Can I attend without my current employer knowing?
We’ve set-up this event so that employers ONLY see candidates who interact with their booth. If you don’t want a company to know you are at the career fair, don’t go into their booth!
Is there a cost to participate?
No! Job seekers are able to attend the DE&I FashionCareerFair at no charge!
What are the entry-requirements?
All resumes will be screened prior to granting access to the career fair. Job seekers must have a fashion-related degree or the equivalent in work experience. Sorry, we cannot count in-store work toward the experience requirement.
What companies will be there?
We are still building-out the list of exhibitors. Pre-registered candidates will be notified of new exhibitors as they are added to the event.
Why should I pre-register?
Pre-registered candidates will have access to exclusive information prior to the event; including private job listings and webinar invites. Space is limited, pre-registration guarantees that you will get into the event.
