Pursuing your Fashion Career in 2019 just got easier!

The Cut Fashion Design Academy, founded by Liza Deyrmenjian, is the newest Fashion school in Canada. Liza prides herself of the innovative methods and networking she brings to her Vancouver based school, committed to inspiring, educating, and creating fashion professionals through the Cut’s rigorous programs and learner-centered environment.

The Cut offers students a work-learn environment, operating out of The Cutting Room, a local production house where established brands product-develop and produce. The school emphasizes the importance of keeping classes to a maximum of six students, with over 50% of lab training hours during the program, while allowing opportunity to network with special guests brought in from around the world to lead weekend workshops.

The Cut Fashion Design Academy offers 7 different full-time 14-week Certificates and 2-week intensive programs in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, Pattern Making, Product Development, Production, and Sourcing, Gerber Digital Pattern Making, as well as over 30 different part-time programs.

In 2019, the school is launching their newest program, a Fashion Design and Creative Arts Diploma with Co-op (paid work experience), for which they will be granting scholarships of up to $20,000. Scholarships of up to $5,000 are currently available for other full-time programs.
