SPORTS AUTHORITY REACHES SETTLEMENT WITH SUPPLIERS – FootwearNews
“Sports Authority Inc. is making progress as it drudges its way through bankruptcy proceedings. The struggling sporting goods retailer has reached a settlement — still subject to approval by the bankruptcy court — with more than 160 vendors who sought to have their goods removed from the retailer’s shelves.”

H&M PROMOTES FASHION SUSTAINABILITY IN APRIL – RetailingToday
“Two major sustainability initiatives from H&M begin this month as the fast fashion retailer debuts a new line from Conscious Commerce co-founders Olivia Wilde and Barbara Burchfield and kicks off an apparel recycling effort. Leading the quest is the CFDA, which has just partnered with Cadillac on a program to help American designers bolster their retail efforts. Called the Retail Lab, the initiative will allow six designers to install a custom retail pop-up shop on the ground floor of Cadillac’s global headquarters in New York City, at 330 Hudson Street, for a three-month period each.”
